Goose has the best bb-que around. I had Goose cater a holiday event for my family-from the food, sides and service, it was the best. Goose is a kind-hearted guy who loves to cook and make his customers happy. He did a fantastic job! He is now my “ go to” Caterer for all future events. Goose catered my wedding and I was blown away with how good the food was. We had guest raving about the meal all night. He is professional, honest, and friendly. He checked in multiple times to make sure everything was perfect for our big day. He was punctual and arrived on time. He made sure every guest was treated with hospitality and respect. Our catering was one thing we absolutely did not have to stress over, thanks to Goose. We would recommend him 100 times over to anyone. Do yourself a favor and book with him! You won’t regret it.

I had Goose’s Wood fired catering cater a party for me at my house for about 125 people. The food was fantastic everyone enjoyed themselves and the food. The staff was very attentive and thorough. My guest had rave reviews with the help of Goose and his staff my party was a big hit! Thanks again guys!

I HIGHLY recommend Goose’s BBQ to cater your next event. We hired Goose for our son’s HS graduation party, bc we all love BBQ and wanted something unique. It was a huge success! Our menu included his pulled pork, brisket, amazing BBQ sauce, Mac n cheese, BBQ beans and cole slaw. Everyone commented that it was delicious and he exceeded our expectations. Goose was kind enough to agree to cater our event in CLT hauling his smoker, even though it was a long drive with holiday traffic. He arrived early while we were at my son’s commencements. Goose is a professional and had everything set up for us and our guests when we arrived. As our guests walked up, they could smell and see his smoker working, which was exactly the vibe we wanted! I’ll also note that I was a little tentative about hiring someone who I only read reviews about. However, Goose invited us to one of his catering events in CLT and we saw him in action and tasted his BBQ. That sealed the deal for us. Also, that left a big impression on me that he offered to invite us to one of his events to taste test. Finally, I will add that his pricing is very reasonable. He is fair to deal with and responds quickly to any questions I had. I would hire him again in a heartbeat!

Absolutely delicious BBQ and top-notch service! The food was incredible - tender brisket, juicy pulled pork, perfect grilled chicken and sides that was just as amazing. You can tell everything is made with care and cooked to perfection over real wood fire. The team was friendly, punctual, and they handled everything smoothly from setup to cleanup. If you are looking for mouthwatering BBQ and hassle-free catering, Goose is the one to call. Highly recommend!

Goose’s bbq was top notch. The pulled pork and smoked chicken were moist and delicious. I am from GA and very picky about bbq. The bourbon baked beans were out of this world and mac and the cheese was delicious. He served all of our guests and was so pleasant. He even brought a dinner bell for our son got to ring for his guests. I would highly recommend his service. Cannot wait to use him again for another awesome meal.
