SOUTHERN BOILED PEANUTS:
a classic, we boil our raw peanuts for 6 hours in a secret spice blend and serve them piping hot in brown paper bags, just like when you were a kid

ORANGE, HONEY-GLAZED KIELBASA SKEWERS:
large pieces of kielbasa and secret orange glaze. An old Bunyock favorite!

BRUNSWICK STEW:
our version of this stew is a tangy vinegar base that lets the meat speak for itself, if you are looking for lima beans we don’t have them

SMOKED BACON WRAPPED JALAPENO PEPPERS:
crunchy, sweet & spicy, we wrap these guys in bacon & smoke til the peppers are just right

MAIN EVENT

All plates come with slaw, beans and a bun

PULLED PORK:
slow roasted over Hickory for 12 hours. Sauce served on the side. - 12.50pp

BONE-IN SPLIT CHICKEN BREAST:
brined for 20 hours then slow roasted over N.C. Hickory & served with BBQ or Cherry sauce on the side. - 12.50pp

TEXAS BEEF BRISKET:
true Texas brisket, smoked until juicy & tender with the perfect smoke ring. - 14.50pp

BBQ PORK RIBS:
the only meat we serve with sauce slow cooked on the meat. St.Louis style ribs basted in our homemade BBQ sauce and falling off the bone. - 14.50pp

NEW ZEALAND CHERRY SAUCED BABY BACK RIBS:
these award winning ribs are falling off the bone good, accompanied with cherry sauce we think these are the perfect pair. - 14.50pp

GRILLED CHICKEN WINGS:
(Hot, Med, or Mild) always a crowd favorite,we serve up these little guys with a variety of sauces from a honey habanera to sweet BBQ. Ask about our sauce options as there are too many to list. - 8.50pp

HOT DOG & ALL BEEF HAMBURGERS:
we only serve Nathans all beef hotdogs and our burgers are hand patted, lean ground beef, your choice of condiments. - 10.00pp

SMOKED SAUSAGE:
another Texas classic, our sausage is smoky and slightly spicy, goes well with our Texas brisket. - 9.50pp

SLOW ROASTED WHOLE HOG:
this classic can only be done one way, low and slow to insure juicy tender meat and perfect crispy skin - Market price

All plates come with French bread and salad

CHERRY SMOKED OYSTERS:
these bad boys are covered with damp towels and smoked with cherry wood until open then served with drawn butter and horseradish cocktail sauce. - Market Price

BAYOU SHRIMP:
large gulf coast shrimp, marinated with our special spice then smoked and served with a Cajun BBQ sauce. - Market Price

LOW COUNTRY BOIL:
we layer this dish so that all ingredients are cooked to perfection, served piping hot on paper lined picnic tables so you can pick your favorites. Plenty of butter & napkins included - 16.50pp

CRAWFISH ETOUFFEE:
a traditional Cajun stew, made from a dark roux & what is known as the holy trinity of Creole cooking (celery, onion and green peppers) lots of crawfish, the stew is served over white rice with a crusty French bread on the side. - 16.50pp

SHRIMP ETOUFFEE:
prepared with large gulf coast shrimp, a light colored roux & plenty of veggies to produce a spicy stew, served with white rice & crusty French bread on the side. - Market Price

GOOSE’S WORLD FAMOUS GUMBO:
(shrimp, chicken or both) we use the very best Andouille sausage, large gulf coast shrimp or tender chicken to build this official dish of Louisiana, served over rice and crusty French bread for dipping. - 16.50pp

SMOKED GATOR TAIL:
when we can get them, we only use 3 foot gators, these tails are soaked in milk and spices overnight, rinsed and smoked for 9 hours. Served with Cajun BBQ sauce. - Market Price

CRAB LEGS WITH BUTTER & COCKTAIL SAUCE:
large crab clusters, smoked until hot and sweet, these guys go well with our Bayou Shrimp - Market Price

SIGNATURE DISHES

BOURBON BAKED BEANS:
cooked all day, we use a mix of smoked meat, molasses and just a splash of bourbon along with a few secret ingredients

SOUTHERN STYLE COLESLAW:
this one took years to perfect, course chopped cabbage and a hint of sweet, a great mayo slaw

RED BBQ SLAW:
if you have to ask it’s probably not for you, this ketchup based slaw has no resemblance to southern mayo slaw, ask us for a sampling

DEVILED EGGS:
Spicy Horseradish or Sweet Relish. You can mix & match. We bet you can’t eat just one

COLLARD GREENS:
we love these things and do very little to them, add some smoked meat and hand you the vinegar, our favorite

HOMEMADE MAC-N-CHEESE:
we should call this Cheese-n-Mac; it is just yummy, cheesy good

SMOKED BACON WRAPPED JALAPENO PEPPERS:
half jalapeño peppers stuffed with a sweet and crunchy cream cheese filling wrapped in bacon, smoked to give you a spicy, sweet and savory pepper, we know you can’t eat just one

GRILLED SEASONAL VEGGIES:
marinated for hours then roasted, not just good but good for you

POTATO SALAD:
traditional, southern potato salad, we use duke’s mayo and grandma’s recipe

PASTA SALAD:
penne pasta, marinated veggies, fresh herbs and just the right amount of feta cheese served chilled and can be prepared with whole-wheat pasta

MACARONI SALAD:
elbow macaroni pasta with celery, shallots, black olives in a duke’s mayo dressing

CUCUMBER & ONION SALAD:
traditionally southern, this salad is so simple yet refreshing, we use red onions and a low calorie Italian dressing with fresh cucumbers, chilled with a hint of pepper

ROASTED CORN ON THE COB:
wrapped in foil drizzled in oil, butter or plain, we roast this corn until slightly brown to allow for the natural sugars to form, salt or pepper is up to you

SUCCOTASH:
lima beans along with sweet corn, tomato & roasted red peppers

ROASTED POTATOES:
baby red potatoes, drizzled with olive oil, fresh herbs and cooked to a golden brown

SALTED POTATOES:
small baby potatoes boiled in salted water, cooked fork tender and drained to form a perfect crust for dipping in butter
